Farah Alvin, David A. Austin, and Stephanie D'Abruzzo, who starred together in the recent Off-Broadway musical I Love You Because, will reunite for If You Give a Mouse a Cookie & Other Story Books, which will run July 16-August 18 at the Lucille Lortel Theatre. This free production, which will kick off Theatreworks/USA's 45th Anniversary season, will open officially on July 20. It will be directed by Kevin Del Aguila and co-star Nick Blaemire, Aurelia Williams, and Carla Woods.

This one-hour musical revue will be comprised of eight vignettes based on popular children's books. The show's contributors include Kirsten Childs, Jeremy Desmon, Mindi Dickstein, Jordan Allen-Dutton, Patrick Dwyer, David Evans, James-Allen Ford, Faye Greenberg, Robert Lopez, Jeffrey Lunden, Jeff Marx, Daniel Messé, Arthur Perlman, and Erik Weiner.

The show features set design by Rob Odoriso, with additional elements by Vaughn Patterson, costume design by Martha Bromelmeier, lighting design by Tom Sturge, sound design by Eric Shim, and music direction by Jana Zielonka. Del Aguila is best known as the librettist of Altar Boyz.

Tickets to the show are available on a first-come, first-served basis at the theatre, beginning one hour prior to curtain time. Individual reservations cannot be made in advance.
