Get Out Your Tiaras! Pageant — The Musical Returns to New York

After a sold-out run at Lucky Cheng’s, the beauty pageant show will play The Davenport Theatre.

After a sold-out run earlier this year at the Red Lacquer Club at Lucky Cheng's, Pageant — The Musical will return to New York for a limited engagement at Davenport Theatre on Sunday, June 29, with an official opening scheduled for July 14.

Featured in the cast will be a number of performers who took part in last February's production, including Nick Cearley, Frankie James Grande, Alex Ringler, Marty Thomas, Seth Tucker, and Curtis Wiley. Additional casting will be announced soon.

Pageant is written by Bill Russell and Frank Kelly, with music by Albert Evans, and is conceived by Robert Longbottom. Matt Lenz directs, with choreography by Shea Sullivan, music direction by Mark Hartman, costumes by Stephen Yearick, scenic design by Paul DePoo, lighting by Paul Miller, and sound by David Sanderson.

The production will run Sunday and Monday nights through September 1 at the Davenport, alongside the theater's current tenant, Forbidden Broadway.
