Britain’s Ambassador Theater Group, one of the U.K.’s largest theater operating companies, is likely to buy Broadway’s Foxwoods Theater, according to multiple reports. Foxwoods is currently home to the big-budget U2 musical Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark. The purchase would mark Ambassador Theater Group’s first creative arts venue in the United States.

Though Ambassador Theater Group does not currently own any other Broadway real estate, the Foxwoods purchase wouldn’t mark the first time the company’s presence is felt. The group has been involved in producing recent shows including Bonnie & Clyde and The Mountaintop.

According to a report in The Telegraph, the company is expected to pay between $60 million and $70 million for the theater, which is Broadway’s largest, at 1,930 seats.
