Shout! Factory to Release Nice Work If You Can Get It Broadway Cast Recording

Shout! Factory will release the original Broadway cast recording of Nice Work If You Can Get It, currently running at the Imperial Theatre.

Distributed by Sony with a release date to be announced, the album will be recorded on May 20 and 21 at Kaufman Astoria Studios in Long Island City and will be produced by Robert Sher.

Nominated for ten Tony Awards including Best Musical, Nice Work if You Can Get It features music and lyrics by George Gershwin and Ira Gershwin, with a book by Joe DiPietro, and direction and choreography by Kathleen Marshall. Matthew Broderick and Kelli O’Hara lead the cast of the production, which features songs including “S’Wonderful,”, “Fascinating Rhythm,” and “Someone to Watch Over Me.”

The principal company also features Terry Beaver, Robyn Hurder, Judy Kaye, Stanley Wayne Mathis, Michael McGrath, Estelle Parsons, Jennifer Laura Thompson, and Chris Sullivan.

The ensemble includes Cameron Adams, Clyde Alves, Kaitlyn Davidson, Jason DePinto, Kimberly Fauré, Robert Hartwell, Stephanie Martignetti, Barrett Martin, Michael X. Martin, Adam Perry, Jeffrey Schecter, Jennifer Smith, Joey Sorge, Samantha Sturm, Kristen Beth Williams and Candice Marie Woods.
