Astoria Performing Arts Center’s The Secret Garden Extended Through May 26

Astoria Performing Arts Center has announced that its production of The Secret Garden has been extended one week, through May 26 at the Good Shepherd United Methodist Church. Artistic director Tom Wojtunik directs.

The Secret Garden tells the story of spoiled Mary Lennox, who discovers a secret walled garden hidden in the grounds of a lonely manor house in 1906 England and releases the magic and adventures locked inside.

As previously announced, the cast features Jennifer Evans (Lily), Benjamin J. McHugh (Dr. Neville Craven), Jaimie Kelton (Martha), Hannah Lewis (Mary Lennox), Michael Jennings Mahoney (Dickon), Sam Poon (Colin), Patrick Porter (Archibald Craven), Jacqueline Sydney (Mrs. Medlock), Richard Vernon (Ben), as well as Jane Bunting, Mario Castro, Marisa Devetta, Britain Gebhardt, Jonathan Gregg, Clint J. Hromsco, Mary-Elizabeth Milton, Eric Morris, Lia Peros, Jason Pintar, Danny Randerson, Spencer Robinson, and Elizabeth Wharton.
