Creation Production Company Announces Cast for Matthew Maguire’s Wax Wings

Eliza Baldi, Jack Marshall, Amirh Vann, and Colleen Werthmann will star in the world premiere of two-time Obie Award winner Matthew Maguire’s Wax Wings, to be presented by Creation Production Company at the Wild Project, May 26-June 11, with an opening on June 1. Michael Kimmel will direct.

The play depicts the unsettling and real life possibility of a virulent new strain of SARS erupting in the United States. Amidst the increasing probability of a pandemic igniting in rural Alabama, the affected area is quickly placed under military quarantine. Four scientists are chosen to spearhead the race to find a vaccine, but their personal lives are on the verge of cracking.

The production will feature set and lighting Design by Ben Kato, with costume design by Christina Bullard.
