Cherry Jones to Be Honored at A.R.T./New York Spring Gala

Tony and Emmy Award winner Cherry Jones will be among the honorees at the Alliance of Resident Theatres/New York (A.R.T./New York) spring gala, to be held at 3LD in lower Manhattan, on Monday, June 13 at 6:30pm.

Jones, who will receive the 2011 Abe L. Blinder Award, won Tony Awards for Best Actress in a Play for Doubt and The Heiress, and has numerous other New York stage credits. The actress won a 2009 Emmy as Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series for her work on the FOX series 24.

JPMorgan’s Ed Jones and A.R.T./New York’s executive director Virginia Louloudes will also receive honors at the gala.
