Cary Hoffman's My Sinatra Set for Off-Broadway Run

By Dan Bacalzo • May 20, 2011 • New York City
My Sinatra, written and performed by Cary Hoffman, will play an Off-Broadway engagement at the Midtown Theatre, beginning June 4. Alex Nelson will serve as musical director.

This autobiographical one-man memoir musical play is about Hoffman's love and idolization for his hero Frank Sinatra and the perils of wanting to become somebody else. It has previously played a 16-month engagement at the Triad Theater, and was also presented as a PBS special.

The production features set and lighting design by Jay Ryan and James Daher is the video designer.
