Capathia Jenkins to Join Aaron Lazar for Feinstein’s at Loews Regency in June

Capathia Jenkins will be the special guest vocalist for Aaron Lazar’s previously reported engagement at Feinstein’s at Loews Regency, June 19 and 20. David Solomon will direct.

Entitled For Lovers Only, the show will feature new arrangements of classic love songs by composers Adam Guettel, Richard Rodgers, Bruno Mars, Jason Robert Brown, Cole Porter, Ashford and Simpson, Stephen Sondheim and others. Lazar will also be joined by music director Jeff Klitz on piano and Bernd Schoenhart on guitar.

Lazar’s Broadway credits include A Little Night Music, A Tale of Two Cities, Les Miserables, Impressionism, and The Light in the Piazza, and he recently appeared in the New York Philharmonic’s concert staging of Stephen Sondheim’s Company.
