Robert Petkoff, Bailey Hanks, John Jellison, Emily Loesser, Don Stephenson, et al. Join Titanic Musical Concert

Additional casting has been announced for the concert version of the Tony Award-winning musical Titanic, which will be presented as a benefit for the New York Society for Ethical Culture, at NYSEC’s 800-seat Concert Hall, at 7:30pm on Monday, June 21. Matthew Hamel will direct the event, which will feature music direction by Jonathan Tessero.

The company will feature Robert Petkoff (Thomas Andrews), John Jellison (Isidor Strauss), Emily Loesser (Caroline Neville), Don Stephenson (Charles Clarke), Martin Moran (Harold Bride), Henry Stram (Etches), Jennifer Piech (Kate McGowan), Michael Mulheren (Mr. Thayer), Alma Cuervo (Ida Strauss), John Hickock (J. Bruce Ismay), and Tim Jerome (Captain E. J. Smith), as well as Eamon Foley, Blair Ross, Patrick Wetzel, Bailey Hanks, Brian O’Brien, Rick Hilsabeck, and Autumn Hurlbert. Complete casting, including the role of Alice Beane, will be announced shortly.

It has also been announced that the show’s composer/lyricist, Maury Yeston, will participate in a pre-performance conversation which will focus on the creative process of creating the original Broadway production, the historical event itself, and the ethical issues brought to light by the sinking and the great loss of life. The talkback will begin at 6:30pm.
