Penny Fuller, Sharon Lawrence, Rachael Harris, Sherri Shepherd, Cobie Smulders, et al. Set for Off-Broadway’s Love, Loss, And What I Wore

Penny Fuller, Sharon Lawrence, Diane Neal, Rachael Harris, Sherri Shepherd, Cobie Smulders, and Myra Lucretia Taylor will take part in Nora Ephron and Delia Ephron’s Off-Broadway hit, Love, Loss, and What I Wore, at the Westside Theatre.

Fuller, Neal, Harris, Shepherd, and Smulders will comprise the May 26-June 27 cast, while Lawrence and Taylor will be part of the June 30-July 25 cast. Additional casting will be announced shortly. The show is an open-ended run, with tickets on sale for August 29.

Based on Ilene Beckerman’s 1995 book about clothes and the memories they trigger, the production is directed by Karen Carpenter, and features a series of five-person casts that will play in four-week cycles.

A portion of the production’s proceeds will benefit Dress for Success, a charity that provides work clothing and job support for low-income women. Audience members are invited to donate their gently-used purses and other accessories in the theater’s lobby.
