Paula Cole, Aimee Mann, Loudon Wainwright III, et al. Set for SummerStage’s The Music of Simon and Garfunkel

Aimee Mann, Shawn Colvin, St. Vincent, Joan Osborne, Paula Cole, David Hinds, Loudon Wainwright III, Lucy Wainwright Roche, Alejandro Escovedo, John Forte, Dar Williams, Ricky Skaggs, Ben Gibbard, Cory Chisel, Stephen Kellogg, The Holmes Brothers, Dean & Britta, Valerie June, John Roderick, Marc Cohn, Kristina Train, Jorma Kaukonen, Larry Cambell, and Ollabelle will be among the participants in City Parks Foundation’s SummerStage Gala, The Music of Simon and Garfunkel, a fundraising event to be held at Central park’s Rumsey Playfield on Tuesday, June 8, at 8pm.

30 artists will pair up to perform 15 classic duets from Simon & Garfunkel’s beloved archive of songs. Additional artists will be announced at a future date.

As previously announced, Simon’s musical The Capeman will also be seen in Central Park this summer, with three concert performances at the Delacorte Theater, August 14-16.
