Orfeh to Join Ray Romano, Craig Schulman, et al. for A Ray of Hope Benefit

Tony Award nominee Orfeh will join headliner Ray Romano for A Ray of Hope, to be held on May 14 at SVA Theatre. Valerie Smaldone will host this benefit performance, which will raise funds for the Sass Foundation for Medical Research.

As previously announced, the performance will also feature Broadway veteran Craig Schulman and comedian Jon Manfrellotti. Romano and Manfrellotti will offer their comedy stylings. Schulman, who performed the role of Jean Valjean during Les Miserables‘ first run on the Great White Way, is set to perform Broadway standards. Orfeh, seen on Broadway in Legally Blonde, Saturday Night Fever, and Footloose, will also sing, offering songs from her repertoire.

The Sass Foundation will use the proceeds from the event to help underwrite research into treating and curing ovarian cancer.
