Austin Pendleton, Cara Reichel to Direct Oberon Theatre’s Order and Othello

Oberon Theatre Ensemble has announced casting for its repertory productions of Shakespeare’s Othello and Christopher Stetson Boal’s Order, to run June 3-26 at the Kirk Theatre at Theatre Row. Cara Reichel and Austin Pendleton, respectively, will direct the pieces.
Othello will feature Daniel Morgan Shelley, Stewart Walker, Simon Feil, Randy Howk, Jennifer Blood, Jessica Angleskhan, Matt W. Cody, Jane Cortney, Chris Seiler, David Matthew Douglas, Nate Faust, Lowell Byers, Whitney Kam Lee, and Travis Allen.
The company for Order, which centers on a former philosophy teacher who’s determined to remain mild and polite in a violent and greedy world, will include Ryan Tramont, Gabe Bettio, Mac Brydon, Brad Fryman, William Laney, Amanda Plant, James Edward Becton, and James Washington.
