Adam Shankman, Mia Michaels, and Nigel Lythgoe will be the judges for this season’s episodes of FOX’s So You Think You Can Dance. The show, which is hosted by Cat Deeley, will begin airing on May 27.

As previously reported, former Burn the Floor stars Anya Garnis and Pasha Kovalev and former Altar Boyz star Neil Haskell will be among the show’s alumnae who will be dancing with this season’s contestants, along with Stephen “tWitch” Boss, Comfort Fedoke, Courtney Galiano, Lauren Gottlieb, Allison Holker, Mark Kanemura, Kathryn McCormick, Ade Obayomi, and Dominic “D-trix” Sandoval. A total of 10 dancers will compete with the alumnae in their quest to be named “America’s Favorite Dancer,” with one dancer being each eliminated each week.

Shankman is best known as the director of the film version of Hairspray and as the producer of this year’s Academy Awards. He is reportedly working on Hairspray 2 as well as the film version of the Broadway musical Rock of Ages, among many other projects.

Michaels won an Emmy for her choreography on the show in 2007, and was nominated in 2003 and 2009.
