Two-time Tony Award winner Matthew Broderick will lend his voice to the June 19 episode of the long-running PBS animated series Cyberchase.

“My 6-year-old son, James Wilkie, loves the show, so I was happy to lend my voice,” said Broderick in a statement. “The best part is that I haven’t told him I did it; I’m waiting to surprise him when we watch the episode together. I’m sure he’ll be more impressed by it than any other work I’ve done!”

Broderick is currently starring in the Roundabout Theatre Company’s production of The Philanthropist and received Tony Awards for his performances in Biloxi Blues and How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying. His other Broadway credits include The Odd Couple, The Producers, Night Must Fall, Taller Than a Dwarf, and Brighton Beach Memoirs.

Earlier this week, Broderick and his wife Sarah Jessica Parker announced they were expecting twin girls via a surrogate this summer.
