Cutrell, Reyburn Join D’Arcy James, Kudisch, Murney, et al. in Broadway Musicals of 1965

MAC Award winners Brandon Cutrell and Julie Reyburn will join Brian d’Arcy James, Gregg Edelman, Kendrick Jones, Marc Kudisch, Shannon Lewis, Julia Murney, Melinda Sullivan at 8pm on Monday, May 12 for The Broadway Musicals of 1965, at the Town Hall.

The show is part of the Broadway by the Year series, which is hosted and written by TheaterMania contributor Scott Siegel, the creator of the popular series. Lorin Latarro and David Eggers, who will co-choreograph and stage the concert, will also perform, along with a troupe of male singers and dancers.

The show will feature selections from such shows as Man of La Mancha, On a Clear Day You Can See Forever, Do I Hear A Waltz?, and Flora The Red Menace and include such songs as “Why Did I Choose You?” “She Touched Me,” Who Can I Turn To?” and “The Impossible Dream.”

The Broadway Musicals of 1979 will follow on June 16, directed by Emily Skinner. The show will also feature Skinner’s Side Show co-stars Alice Ripley and Jeff McCarthy, as well as Noah Racey, and Terri Klausner. Additional casting will be announced shortly.
