Carlson, Cuccioli, Pascal, Zarish, et al. Set for D.C. Hamlet

Stage and television star Jeffrey Carlson will play the title role in the Shakespeare Theatre Company’s production of William Shakespeare’s Hamlet, June 5-July 29. The production, which will open officially on June 11, will be directed by the company’s artistic director, Michael Kahn.

The cast also includes Michelle Beck, Kenajuan Bentley, Robert Cuccioli, Robert Jason Jackson, Pedro Pascal, Ted van Griethuysen, and Janet Zarish. There will be a post-show discussion with the cast immediately following the June 13 performance.

Carlson recently wrapped up his stint as Zoe/Zarf on the ABC daytime drama All My Children. His many stage credits include the Broadway productions of Taboo, Tartuffe, and The Goat, or Who Is Sylvia?
