On Sunday, May 23 at 6pm, TheaterMania will host The Season Dissected, a panel discussion of the 2003-2004 theatrical season by prominent NYC theater journalists, at the Ars Nova Theater (511 West 54th Street).

The panelists scheduled for the event are TheaterMania’s own David Finkle and Peter Filichia; Marilyn Stasio of Variety; Adam Feldman of Time Out NY; and Michael Riedel of the New York Post. Their discussion will be followed by a question and answer period. Previous programs in the TheaterMania-Ars Nova series have included a chat with producers Victoria Lang, Margo Lion, and Nelle Nugent (titled “So You Wanna Be a Producer?”) and a talk with playwright Neil LaBute.

According to Finkle, who will moderate the May 23 event as well as participate in the discussion, “We’re expecting that the informed theater observers on hand will mouth off about what they liked and didn’t like this season, both on and Off-Broadway.” Advance tickets are priced at $15 and may be purchased by phoning 212-868-4444 or by clicking here.
