Heathers: The Musical, now running off-Broadway at New World Stages, will record an original cast album to be released on Yellow Sound Label. The album will be recorded on April 15 and 16 at MSR Studios and will be available in stores June 17, following a digital iTunes release on a date to be announced.

Inspired by the cult-classic film of the same title, Heathers stars Barrett Wilbert Weed and Ryan McCartan as Veronica and JD, with Jessica Keenan Wynn, Elle McLemore, and Alice Lee as the Heathers. Katie Ladner takes on the role of Martha, with Jon Eidson as Ram, Evan Todd as Kurt, Anthony Crivello as Ram's Dad/Big Bud Dean, Dan Cooney as Kurt's Dad/Veronica's Dad/Principal, and Michelle Duffy as Ms. Fleming/Veronica's Mom. Completing the company are Dan Domenech, Cait Fairbanks, Rachel Flynn, Molly Hager, Charissa Hogeland, AJ Meijer, and Dustin Sullivan.

Directed by Andy Fickman, the production features a book and score by Tony nominee Laurence O'Keefe and Emmy winner Kevin Murphy.
