Rocky's Lynn Ahrens and Stephen Flaherty Set for the Premiere of The Drama League's Up Close Series

Lynn Ahrens and Stephen Flaherty, the award-winning song-writing team behind Broadway's Rocky, will participate in the Drama League's Up Close Series on April 23 at the Drama League Theatre Center. The evening of industry insights will be hosted by Tony Award nominee and Rocky director Alex Timbers.
With a book by Sylvester Stallone and Thomas Meehan, Rocky stars Andy Karl and Margo Seibert as the iconic romantic pair of Rocky and Adrian. Karl and Seibert perform along with Terence Archie, Dakin Matthews, Danny Mastrogiorgio, and Jennifer Mudge.
Featured in the ensemble are Adrian Aguilar, Eric Anderson, Michelle Aravena, James Brown III, Sam J. Cahn, Vincent Corazza, Kevin Del Aguila, Ned Eisenberg, Bradley Gibson, Stacey Todd Holt, Sasha Hutchings, David Andrew Macdonald, Vasthy Mompoint, Vince Oddo, Okieriete Onaodowan, Adam Perry, Kristin Piro, Luis Salgado, John Schiappa, Samantha Shafer, Wallace Smith, Jenny Lee Stern, Dan'yelle Williamson, and Mark Zimmerman.
Ahrens and Flaherty's other Broadway credits include My Favorite Year and the Tony-nominated musicals Once on This Island and Ragtime.
