The Actors Fund has announced that their 2013 annual gala will honor Oscar winner and Broadway veteran Robert De Niro, entrepreneur/film producer and Actors Fund trustee Steve Kalafer, and television network HBO. Each of the honorees will receive the Medal of Honor, the highest award from the 131-year-old nonprofit human services organization.

Guests at the event will include Broadway stars Annette Bening (Coastal Disturbances), Cuba Gooding Jr. (The Trip to Bountiful), Brian Stokes Mitchell (Women on the Verge…), Holland Taylor (Ann), Chazz Palminteri (A Bronx Tale), Jerry Stiller and Anne Meara, Billy Porter (Kinky Boots), Lilla Crawford (Annie), Nikki James (The Book of Mormon), Ben Foster (Orphans), Rachel Bay Jones (Pippin), Marin Ireland (The Big Knife), and more.

Robert De Niro is cofounder of the Tribeca Film Festival. His legendary film career includes Oscar wins for his performances in The Godfather Part II and Raging Bull. He appeared on Broadway in 1986's Cuba & His Teddy Bear.
