Tony and Olivier Award winner Alan Cumming is taking Broadway by storm with his solo performance of Macbeth, opening tonight at the Ethel Barrymore Theatre.

Cumming is joined by Jenny Sterlin and Brendan Titley, who play Doctor and Orderly. They are the caretakers for Cumming's character, a patient in a hospital's psychiatric ward who inhabits all of the characters in Macbeth as he ritualistically reenacts the tragic play.

The production comes to Broadway from engagements at the National Theatre of Scotland and the Lincoln Center Festival. Tony Award winner John Tiffany (Once) and Andrew Goldberg (The Bomb-itty of Errors) direct.
