The book-to-stage adaptation will play a limited New York City engagement in June. UPDATE: The show begins an indefinite run at 777 Theatre starting July 5.

By New York City

Update: The June run of I Hope They Serve Beer on Broadway has completely sold out. The one-man show will transfer to a larger space, 777 Theatre, for an indefinitely run starting July 5.

The theatrical rendering of author Tucker Max's alcohol-soaked adventures has plans for an Off-Broadway engagement run.

Christopher Carter Sanderson both adapted and directs this stage version of Max's book of short stories, which depict his sex- and alcohol-laden exploits. Currently in development for Broadway and a national tour, the production will star Abe Goldfarb (Bunnicula!).
