The cast of 7 Fingers’ Traces, currently playing at the Union Square Theatre in New York City, will be special guests at TEDMED 2012, the annual multi-disciplinary gathering where leaders of all sectors of society come together to explore the promise of technology and potential of human achievement in health and medicine, that’s scheduled for April 10-13 in Washington, DC. The Traces company will perform throughout the conference, using their acrobatics to showcase the power and agility of the human body.

In the show, the performers push themselves to their physical limits as a group of friends leave their mark in a run-down warehouse through acrobatics, music and dance. The production fuses the traditions of circus with the energy of street performance.

Directed and choreographed by Shana Carroll and Gypsy Snider, the company features Mason Ames, Valérie Benôit-Charbonneau, Mathieu Cloutier, Bradley Henderson, Phillipe Normand-Jenny, Xia Zhengqi, and Florian Zumkehr.
