The Queen’s Company to Present All-Female As You Like It

The Queen’s Company, an all-female classical theater company, is set to present Shakespeare’s As You Like It, May 4-20 at Walkerspace. Artistic director Rebecca Patterson will direct.
In The Queen’s Company’s telling of this classic, after a violent South American coup drives the rightful ruler into the forest of Arden, lovers, philosophers, and fools must flee in search of safety.
The cast will include Tiffany Abercrombie, Elisabeth Ahrens, Virginia Baeta, Julia Campanelli, Amy Driesler, Sarah Hankins, Natalie Lebert, Heather MacDonald, Kristin Parker, and Annie Paul.
The design team will be comprised of Rohit Kapoor (set design), Isabella F. Byrd (lighting design), Anna Lacivita (costume design), and Ien DeNio (sound design).
