In her memoir, Moreno will write about moving from Puerto Rico to New York as a young girl, her legendary acting career, and stories about dating Elvis Presley and Howard Hughes, her tumultuous romance with Marlon Brando, and her 45-year marriage to her late husband, Leonard Gordon.

Moreno won the Tony for The Ritz, as well as the Academy Award for West Side Story, Emmy Awards for The Rockford Files and The Muppet Show, and a Grammy Award for The Electric Company.

She recently concluded a sold-out run of her one-woman show, Life Without Makeup, at the Berkeley Repertory Theater, where she also appeared in Master Class. She is currently co-starring on the TV Land series, Happily Divorced opposite Fran Drescher.
