Katie Finneran, Melissa Joan Hart, and Carol Kane joined Delia Ephron at the 86th Street Barnes and Noble on Thursday, April 5 to read selections from Ephron's newest novel, The Lion is In.

The three actresses had previously appeared Off-Broadway in Love, Loss, and What I Wore, a stage play based on Ilene Beckerman's book by Ephron and her sister Nora.

The Lion Is In, published by Blue Rider Press, follows three women on the run without money, food, a change of clothes, and, after crashing their car, a place to sleep. It's then that they meet a lion.
