Michael Feinstein, Adriane Lenox, Tracie Thoms Set for Ethel Waters: Blues, Broadway, and Jazz

Tracie Thoms and Catherine Russell will appear as part of Ethel Waters: Blues, Broadway, and Jazz, which is being presented as part of Jazz at Lincoln Center’s “Jazz & Popular Song” series on Wednesday May 2 and Thursday May 3 at 7:30pm at The Allen Room at Frederick P. Rose Hall.

As previously reported, Michael Feinstein will direct and host the show, which will also feature Tony Award winner Adriane Lenox and musical director Tedd Firth. Scott Siegel is supervising producer.

The series will also include Cy Coleman: Bringing Jazz to Broadway, starring Feinstein, Chuck Cooper, Michele Lee, James Naughon, Johnny Rodgers, and Tamara Tunie May 15-16), and Sweet & Low Down: How Popular Standards Became Jazz Classics (June 5-6, 10)
