Michael Braun, James McMenamin, Tobias Segal Set for The Bad Guys

Second Stage Theatre has announced casting for the world premiere of The Bad Guys, written by Alena Smith and directed by Hal Brooks. The work is presented as part of the company’s Uptown Series, and will begin performances at the McGinn/Cazale Theatre on May 22, with an opening set for June 4.

In the play, five childhood buddies reunite on a late summer afternoon for some beer, grilling and weed, but deep within their friendship lurk ghosts that rock the patio beneath them.

The Bad Guys will feature Michael Braun, Roe Hartrampf, James McMenamin, Tobias Segal and Raviv Ullman.

The production will have scenic design by Jason Simms, costume design by Jessica Pabst, lighting design by Seth Reiser, and sound design by Ryan Rummery.
