Federico Castelluccio to Star in April 24 Caravaggio Reading

Federico Castelluccio will play the title role in a reading of Richard Vetere’s play Caravaggio Tuesday, April 24 at the Cherry Lane Theatre. The reading is part of The Barefoot Theatre Company’s bareNaked reading series and the Vetere/Jankell reading series, produced with Vincent Pastore.
The play is based on the life of 17th Century Renaissance painter Michelangelo Merisi da Caravaggio.
Castelluccio is best known for his performance as Furio Giunta on the HBO drama The Sopranos. He is also an accomplished painter.
The reading, which will take place at 2pm, is free and open to the public.
