Banana Bag & Bodice to World Premiere Space//Space
Banana Bag & Bodice will present the world premiere of
Space//Space, with text by Jason Craig. Performances begin June 8 and run through July 1 at The Collapsable Hole in Williamsburg.
In Space//Space, two brothers volunteer for a scientific experiment and then are placed in a small vessel and launched into space in the hopes that their future discovery will inform sentient beings of the human race. This ridiculous experiment — putting living beings inside a device designed for longevity beyond human durability — provides the ultimate setting for comedic futility and existential tragedy.
