Nina Arianda, Jim Belushi, Edie Falco, Daniel Radcliffe, Chris Rock, Robin Williams, et al. Receive Drama League Award Nominations

The nominations for the 77th Annual Drama League Awards were announced by Norbert Leo Butz and Kathleen Chalfant on Monday, April 25. The awards will be presented at a ceremony, to be held on Friday, May 20 in the Grand Ballroom of the Marriott Marquis Hotel, which will be hosted, as previously announced, by Kathleen Turner.

Among the notable acting nominees are Nina Arianda, Jim Belushi, Bobbie Cannavale, Victoria Clark, Billy Crudup, Raul Esparza, Edie Falco, Sutton Foster, Dan Lauria, Judith Light, Joe Mantello, Laurie Metcalf, Patina Miller,Al Pacino, Estelle Parsons, Daniel Radcliffe, Paul Reubens, Chris Rock, Mark Rylance, Michael Shannon, Fiona Shaw, Ben Stiller, and Robin Williams.

As previously reported, The Drama League awards will also feature three non-competitive Special Recognitions for Whoopi Goldberg, who will receive the Unique Contribution to the Theatre Award, Liza Minnelli, who will be honored with the Distinguished Acheivement in Musical Theatre Award and Susan Stroman, who will receive the Julia Hansen Award for Excellence in Directing.

However, because an individual can only receive The Distinguished Performance Award once in his/her lifetime, they are ineligible for award consideration this year. Those past honorees are:
