In this work, Birbiglia shares a lifetime of romantic blunders and miscues that most adults would spend a lifetime trying to forget. The show was recently nominated for the Drama Desk, Lucille Lortel and Outer Critics Circle Awards.

The production features set design by Beowulf Boritt, lighting by Aaron Copp , and sound design by Jim Corona.

Following the conclusion of the Off-Broadway run of Mike Birbiglia's My Girlfriend's Boyfriend, the show will go on an international tour.
