Time Magazine has announced the selections for its annual “Time 100″ list of the world’s most influential people.
Among those who were selected are stage veterans Matt Damon, Colin Firth, Amy Poehler, Patti Smith, and Sting; talk show host and producer Oprah Winfrey; film and theater producer Scott Rudin; Glee star Chris Colfer; pop singers Justin Bieber and Bruno Mars; and actors Blake Lively and Mark Wahlberg.
President Barack Obama and first lady Michelle Obama were among the other notable figures honored by the magazine.
