The Royal Caribbean will be adding performances of John Tartaglia’s ImaginOcean to its cruise ship, The Freedom of the Seas, beginning in May 2011.
This will be the fourth ship in which the family musical will play. It debuted on the Oasis of the Seas in November 2009, and continues to play there and also on Allure of the Seas and Liberty of the Seas.

Created by Tony-nominee Tartaglia, ImaginOcean also features the actor’s pre-recorded voice for five of its characters. The 50-minute production is a one-of-a-kind, innovative glow-in-the-dark musical that features puppets, original songs, and a heartwarming journey of discovery by three lovable fish named Tank, Bubbles, and Dorsel who take the audience on their singing, bubbling, jiving adventure, making friends along the way.

ImaginOcean is also currently playing an open-ended Off-Broadway run at New World Stages. For tickets and information on that production, click here.
