Dan Amboyer to Join Jane Alexander and Alice St. Clair in Hallmark’s William and Kate: A Royal Love Story

Dan Amboyer will play Prince William in the Hallmark Channel’s William and Kate: A Royal Love Story movie, according to a report on Deadline.com.

The project, which has a script by Linda Yellen, centers on the love story of Prince William and Kate Middleton, from their time as students together at St. Andrews, through his military training, a break-up, and their current engagement.

Alice St. Clair is playing Kate, and previously reported, Tony Award winner Jane Alexander will play William’s mother, Queen Elizabeth II.

Amboyer’s New York stage credits include Orange Lemon Egg Canary at P.S. 122, as well as appearances in New York International Fringe Festival productions and with E.A.T. His television credits include Law & Order and Body of Proof.
