PHOTO FLASH: Philip Seymour Hoffman, Anna Wintour, et al. Join Jonathan Demme and Cast of Family Week for Opening Night

MCC Theater celebrated the Off-Broadway opening of Beth Henley’s Family Week at the Lucille Lortel Theatre, on April 26. However, as previously announced, the show has delayed its official press opening until Tuesday, May 4.
Jonathan Demme directs this play, which focuses on a woman who checks into a recovery center in the desert, searching for a way to cope after the death of her son, and the effects of her family’s visits to her while she is at the center.
The cast features Kathleen Chalfant, Rosemarie DeWitt, Quincy Tyler Bernstine, and Sami Gayle.
Opening night guests included actors Mary Catherine Garrison, Philip Seymour Hoffman, Ron Livingston, and Belita Moreno, as well as Vogue editor-in-chief Anna Wintour.
