Matthew Trumbull, Kristen Vaughan, et al. to Star in The Desk Set

Retro Productions has announced casting for its production of William Marchant’s The Desk Set, to run May 7-22 at The Spoon Theatre. Tim Errickson will direct.

The play focuses on the clash between a librarian and her team and the efficiency expert that’s brought in to install a new electronic brain into their office.

The company will feature Kristen Vaughn, Matthew Trumbull, Heather E. Cunningham, Douglas B. Giorgis, Stuart Green, Anne Shapland Kearns, Ric Sechrest, Alisha Spielmann, Matilda Szydagis, and Aubrie Therrien.

The creative team includes Rebecca Cunningham (scenic design), Viviane Galloway (costume design), and Justin Sturges (lighting and computer design).
