Marcia Gay Harden to Join USA’s Royal Pains

Tony Award winner Marcia Gay Harden will been seen in multiple episodes of USA’s Royal Pains as Dr. Elizabeth Blair, a surgeon and board member of Hamptons Heritage Hospital, according to EW.com.

The series, which starts its second season on June 3, stars Mark Feuerstein as a doctor in the Hamptons. The show co-stars Paulo Costanzo and Jill Flint, and Henry Winkler joins the cast this season.

Harden won the 2009 Tony Award for Best Actress in a Play for God of Carnage, and previously appeared on Broadway in Angels in America. She won the Academy Award for her portrayal of the artist Lee Krasner in Pollock. and received an Academy Award nomination for Mystic River.
