Openly gay Congressman Barney Frank will be the featured guest at the May 3 talkback following the performance of The Temperamentals at New World Stages, while Cheyenne Jackson and Frank DeCaro will appear after the performance on May 10 along with one of the show's stars, Michael Urie.

Jon Marans' play takes its title from the 1950s code word for homosexual, and tells the story of communist Harry Hay and young Viennese refugee and designer Rudi Gernreich, founders of the pre-Stonewall gay rights organization, The Mattachine Society. The cast also features Thomas Jay Ryan, Arnie Burton, Matthew Schneck, and Sam Breslin Wright. Jonathan Silverstein directs the production.

Upcoming talkbacks will feature activist Marle Becker, actor/playwright Charles Busch, author David Carter, blogger Ryan J Davis, former Mattachine Society leader Frank Kameny, playwright Tom Kirdahy, former New Jersey governor Jim McGreevey, playwright Terrence McNally, producer Daryl Roth, and activist David Rothenberg.
