Cannes Film Festival Announces 2010 Lineup

The lineup for the 2010 Cannes Film Festival, running May 12-23, has been announced, according to a report on EW.com. The festival will open with Ridley Scott’s Robin Hood, which features Russell Crowe, Max von Sydow, Cate Blanchett, and William Hurt.

Among the films in competition will be Mike Leigh’s Another Year, which as previously announced, features Jim Broadbent and Imelda Staunton.

Among the films out of competition are Woody Allen’s You Will Meet a Tall Dark Stranger, which stars Naomi Watts, Antonio Banderas, Josh Brolin, and Anthony Hopkins; Stephen Frears’ Tamara Drewe, which, as previously reported features Gemma Arterton, Bill Camp, and Dominic Cooper; and Oliver Stone’s Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps, starring Shia LaBeouf, Michael Douglas, Carey Mulligan, Susan Sarandon, and Frank Langella.
