Brian Asawa, Sari Gruber, Rufus Müller, et al. to Perform Handel’s Israel in Egypt

Brian Asawa, Sari Gruber, Rufus Müller, Megan Taylor, Robert Osborne, and Ron Loyd will join the Collegiate Chorale and the American Symphony Orchestra, for a performance of Handel’s Israel in Egypt, to be offered on May 12 at at 8pm at the Skirball Center for the Performing Arts. Aaron Rhyne will direct the performance, which will be conducted by James Bagwell.

The piece is a musical retelling of of the biblical story of the Exodus. Frances Aaronson will serve as lighting designer and Rhyne will provide projection design.
