Alison Fraser to Join Julie Halston in The Cocktail Hour: A Reality Show at Birdland

Alison Fraser will join the previously announced Julie Halston in The Cocktail Hour: A Reality Show to Birdland on Sunday, April 11 at 6pm.

In the piece, Halston will offer comedic observations on life and show biz in addition to interviewing guest stars and members of the audience.

Fraser received Tony nominations for Romance/Romance and The Secret Garden, recently appeared with Halston in Charles Busch’s The Divine Sister.

Halston’s Broadway credits include Hairspray, Gypsy, The Women, Twentieth Century, and The Man Who Came to Dinner. Off-Broadway she’s been seen in White Chocolate, The Vagina Monologues, The Butter and Egg Man and The Most Fabulous Story Ever Told, among others. The actress was also a founding member of Charles Busch’s Theatre-in-Limbo and has appeared in many of the playwright-performer’s works. Her television and film credits include The Class, Sex and the City, The Juror, Joe Gould’s Secret and Addams Family Values. Her book of original monologues Monologues for Show-Offs was published by Heinemann Press in January.
