Off-Broadway’s Gingerbread House Cancels First Preview

The Off-Broadway production of Mark Schutlz’s play The Gingerbread House has canceled its first preview (April 11) at the Rattlestick Theatre, according to SmartTix, the show’s ticketing agent. The play will now begin performances on Monday, April 13, and is scheduled to open officially on April 18. Alex Kilgore will direct.

Presented by stageFARM, The Gingerbread House is about a couple who will do anything to get the life they believe they deserve. The cast will feature Bobby Cannavale, Jason Butler Harner, Jackie Hoffman, Sarah Paulson, and Ben Rappaport.

The creative team includes John McDermott (sets), Jessica Wegener (costumes), Ben Stanton (lighting), Zane Birdwell (sound), and Richard DiBell (video/projections).
