America Ferrera, Angela Lansbury, Susan Lucci, Leslie Uggams, Vanessa Williams, and More Set for Point Honors

Susan Lucci and Cameron Mathison will host Point Honors… New York, an annual gala honoring current and future champions of the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT) community. The event will be held at the Roosevelt Hotel, on April 27.

This year’s honorees are Silvio Horta (Creator and Executive Producer of the ABC-TV series, Ugly Betty), and playwright, librettist, screen writer, novelist and director, Arthur Laurents. They will be saluted by Ugly Betty stars America Ferrera, Vanessa Williams, Judith Light, Ana Ortiz, Tony Plana, and Mark Indelicato; West Side Story‘s Matt Cavenaugh, Karen Olivo, Curtis Holbrook, and Josephina Scaglione; and additional stars Craig Bierko, Angela Lansbury, Thomas Roberts, John Tartaglia, and Leslie Uggams.

Proceeds will benefit The Point Foundation, the nation’s largest scholarship-granting organization for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) students of merit.
