Marissa Jaret Winokur to Host TV Talk Show in 2009

Tony Award winner Marissa Jaret Winokur has signed a deal with Sony Pictures Television to host her own talk show, scheduled to launch in fall 2009, according to Variety. Winokur is currently a contestant on the popular ABC-TV series Dancing with the Stars.
She won the Tony for her portrayal of Tracy Turnblad in the hit musical Hairspray, and co-starred in the FOX-TV sitcom Stacked. Her other film and television credits include Felicity, Scary Movie, and Boston Public.
