Anderson, Bostnar, McClintock, et al. Cast in A Dangerous Personality

Full cast and creative team information has been announced for Perry Street Theatre’s world premiere presentation of A Dangerous Personality, by Sallie Bingham. Directed by Martin Platt, the show will begin performances at the Julia Miles Theatre on June 4, with an opening set for June 11.


The play is about Russian-born spiritualist and philosopher Helena Blavatsky, one of the most controversial figures in world religion and co-creator of Theosophy.


The cast will include Nancy Anderson, Lisa Bostnar, Steve Brady, Sheffield Chastain, Graeme Malcolm and Jodie Lynne McClintock as Helena Blavatsky. The creative team will include Bill Clarke (set), Martha Hally (costumes), Tom Sturge (lighting), and Lindsay Jones (sound).


Bingham’s plays include Milk of Paradise, In the Presence and Hopscotch. Platt’s recent directing work includes The Power Of Darkness, The Daughter In Law, and John Ferguson.
