Vineyard Theatre Sponsors Celebrity Auction on eBay

More than 75 items, ranging from opening night tickets to the London production of Avenue Q, an autographed outfit worn by Bette Midler, and tickets to Wicked plus a backstage tour by star David Garrison, are being offered by the Vineyard Theatre’s first ever online auction on eBay. The auction will continue until May 3, and all proceeds will benefit the Vineyard.

Among the other items up for bid are lunches with Obie-winning actress Kathleen Chalfant, Broadway star Judy Kuhn, and the cast of [title of show]; a baseball jacket autographed by Kyra Sedgwick; plays signed by Edward Albee, Craig Lucas, Christopher Shinn, Paula Vogel, and Doug Wright; a script of Law & Order: Criminal Intent signed by Chris Noth; collectibles from Merrily We Roll Along signed by Stephen Sondheim; and tickets to numerous Broadway shows, Off-Broadway shows, and movie premieres.

Even non-theater lovers will find something to bid on, including box seats to the New York Mets, dinner at the Union Square Cafe, lunch with New York magazine food critic Adam Platt, and tickets to The Late Show with David Lettterman.
