Michele Pawk to Offer Musical Theater Master Class

Michele Pawk, the highly respected actress and singer who won a Tony Award for her role in Hollywood Arms, will give a master class in musical theater audition/performance technique in collaboration with Broadway musical supervisor and conductor Kristen Blodgette.

The class will be held on Saturday, May 15 and Sunday, May 16 from 1 to 5pm at the Ripley-Grier Studios (520 Eighth Avenue), Studio Q. It is intended for professional actors, singers, and dancers only; 15 students will be accepted to work on material in the class and five to audit. Pawk’s Broadway musical credits include Seussical, Cabaret, Triumph of Love, Chicago, Crazy for You, and Mail. Most recently, Pawk had a featured role in Stephen Sondheim’s latest musical, Bounce, which was seen in Chicago and in Washington, D.C.
